EXPERIENCE
Ruth has worked extensively to make psychotherapy and emotional support more accessible to individuals, families, and communities.
Over the years, Ruth has gained a reputation for her ability to combine clinical expertise with an approachable, empathic style. Her work spans individual therapy, workplace wellbeing consultancy, and the development of community-based mental health services. She is particularly recognised for her ability to bring people together across generations and backgrounds, creating spaces where individuals feel heard, valued, and supported.
Ruth's philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental health care should be accessible, stigma-free, and responsive to the challenges of modern life. Whether working one-to-one with clients, leading training sessions for businesses, or building community initiatives, she brings the same dedication: helping people feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.
