5 Counselling Sessions (online)
Service Description
A block booking of 5 counselling sessions is available for clients who would like to commit to ongoing therapeutic work over a longer period of time. Pre-booking sessions in this way can help provide consistency, continuity, and a regular space for deeper therapeutic exploration and reflection. Sessions are 50 minutes long and offer a calm, confidential, and supportive environment to work through difficulties at a steady and manageable pace.
Cancellation Policy
Terms of Agreement for Counselling and Psychotherapy 1. Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly at a regular pre-arranged time. 2. An initial contract will cover up to 10 sessions, generally reviewed to allow 3 weeks notice. Thereafter, we will review regularly 3. Ruth will give advance notice of holidays and will only cancel sessions in unavoidable circumstances (no charge will be made). 4. If Ruth is unable to attend, an alternative session will be offered wherever possible. 5. Clients are charged for missed sessions unless Ruth is either able to offer an alternative date and time, or plenty of notice is given to enable her to offer the session to another client.. 6. No charge is made if Ruth cancels a session or takes a holiday. 7. Payment is required in advance to secure sessions. 8. Fees are reviewed annually at the start of each calendar year. 9. Clients must provide 3 weeks’ notice to end therapy and agree to pay for unattended sessions within this period. 10. By attending sessions with Ruth, you agree to allow Clevedon Counselling to contact you via text, email, or occasionally phone to confirm appointments. We will not share your contact details with anyone else. 11. Any pre-paid sessions held in credit must be used within one year.
